The thing about those with Ciliac disease, is yes at first it tastes...well we will just say 'off' but after a long time living without gluten, it almost is like eating a slice of heaven because you miss it so. I have three family members with this allergy and they have this challenge on a daily basis. It's definately all about perspective. It's good though to try something a little different. It makes those of us who can enjoy glueten without worry of allergy or later cancer appreciate it more.
