The boys got new belts in June. Argorn is officially a yellow belt and Ro is 1/2 Yellow 1/2 White. They have worked really hard going 2-3 times a week to practice.

Rohan Graduation June 13th '13
I realize there is not a single pic of us as a family, but it was chaos there really was no time. Should have done them before we left. Oh well......I am happy with these, and so is Ro, all of his favorite people at one of his favorite places. Behind Chucky Cheese of course.
There were a lot of tears by me and all of the teachers. But he's so cute in his cap and gown.

Comic Con.....
For a surprise I took Eric to the Denver Comic Con on June 1st. It was Denver's 2nd con, and my 1st. It was CRAZY!! Almost any costume you can think of was there. From Disney, to Dr. Who, to Star Trek.....You name it they probably had someone there dressed like them. It took up most of the Colorado Convention building, and was just wall to wall people. We waited 1 hour to get in, and we had pre-purchased tickets. I heard the next day the had to turn away about 2,500 people do to no tickets. Eric and I had a blast, we met up with our friend Chris who had weekend passes. We just went for the day. I could have done two days, but I didn't know how I would like it. Next year I told Eric we need to get a hotel room and VIP tickets.

Wildlife Sanctuary.......
Granddad and Grandma took all of us to Wildlife Sanctuary in Keenesburg, CO. And it was AWESOME!! All of the animals have been rescued from HORRIBLE lives. I LOVE this place.
The Sanctuary was designed and built with a centralized compound located in the middle of the habitats. This portion of the facility is used as an initial receiving area for new rescues, and has specifically designed areas that allow animals to recuperate and adjust to their new surroundings. The rehabilitation process for rescued animals begins here with special playgrounds located within the compound area that help prepare animals for living in large acreage habitats.
Check out their webpage at
And them check them out in person.
