I don't post about my 1st child nearly enough. I actually have 3 :-) Tabby is my only girl and although i don't speak of her much, and most of the time i am more annoyed with her than happy, she is part of this family and i love her to death. She got a haircut yesterday because she needed it, her fur was suffering from the winter blahs, and it was just icky. She won't let me do her face or legs, so she looks like a little lion now. So cute!
Thanks for visiting. Please read on to see all of the adventures and fun we're having.

and suddenly........SNOW
Remember that GORGEOUS weather i told you about in my last post? We went from high 70's to this the next day. Ahhhhhh Colorado, how i love you!!
Great day......
We took the boys to the park last Saturday because the weather was GORGEOUS!! T-bri joined us, We picked up some KFC on our way, and we had a great picnic. The boys played soccer with Eric and Bria. Aragorn is really pretty good at it, maybe we'll enroll him and see how he likes it. Rohan, had another sport in mind as he kept running and then falling onto the ball to grab it with his hands (I'm thinking we'll out him in football) the boys then ran over to the playground for some more fun. Rohan did the rock wall all by himself, he's a little monkey that one, but he must get that from Eric, because Eric climbed one too. As a typical Colorado spring day goes, the clouds rolled in around 3, and we packed up to go. But, on our way out we had to feed the ducks. I loved doing this with the boys, my mom used to take me to Washington Park when i was a kid, and i have great memories from it (except that 1 unfortunate time the goose got my finger) that kinda trauma sticks with you. It was a wonderful day, we all came home tired, sunkissed and happy. I hope that was just the start of a great spring and summer for all of us.

Naughty, naughty

11 things you will NOT be taught in school
Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it! Rule 2 : The world doesn't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself. Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both. Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: They called it opportunity. Rule 6 : If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them. Rule 7 : Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room. Rule 8 : Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. *This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life. Rule 9 : Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. *Do that on your own time. Rule 10 : Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs. Rule 11 : Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.
